A very clean modern deck that sits on a continuous footing around the perimeter because of the elevation being so close to the ground. The solid continuous footing assures that no critters will be moving in under the deck. Water proofing was a must for the framing on this one to keep from rotting being so close to the ground. A built in bench adds a lot of seating without taking up any space. Cable railings create a nice modern finish.
